SOLiD reads (double hit)

This page only provides specific double hit results, compared to the single hit results previously mentioned before. Double hit is defined here as having at least two different hits (e.g. at least two hits of the same seed pattern at different positions, or two hits of two different seed patterns). It is organized in the same way, into sections Lossless seeds and Lossy seeds, but all the explanatory details must be read there before. Results are provided for read length 34 i.e. SOLiD reads of 35 colors. For read length 49 i.e. SOLiD reads of 50 colors, see here.
