TFM-Explorer is written in Python (2.3.0) and is easy to download and use on all platforms. It is freely distributed under the CECILL license.
The command line version offers more possibilities in the choice of organisms and matrices to use than the web application. On the other hand, it requires you to build your own background models (see user manual for complete description).
